Order Placement
- All orders must be placed at least 1 day in advance. Orders shall be processed within 1~3 working days once the payment is received, depending on the availability.
- Payment shall be made within 24 hours from the time the order is placed to avoid order cancellation. Any incomplete or unpaid order will not be processed.
- Order cancellation must be made in writing with a minimum notice period of 3 days prior to the delivery date. Upon cancellation of order, any refund will be credited to your original method of payment. You shall receive the credit within 14 days. Please take note that the funds can take up some time to be reflected in your account.
- No refund for last-minute cancellation in less than 3 days before the delivery date or when the order is out for delivery and fulfilled.
- We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your order in its sole discretion if we reasonably suspect or detect any fraudulent behaviour or scam associated with your order.
- Order details amendment is not allowed once the order number is generated. You must ensure all requested information provided is accurate. We reserve the rights to request further information from you at any time to enable us to complete your order placement and/or to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Order delivery can be made via delivering to the shipping address provided by you or picking up at our pick-up address: Lot 1222, Jalan KPAT 6, Kawasan Perindustrian Kampung Baru Ampang, 68000 Ampang, Selangor, Malaysia. (Get Directions)
- We will endeavour to comply with your special remarks or instruction commented in your order. However, we reserve the right to proceed your order according to our standard operating procedures where your special remarks or instruction is not commercially feasible.

Price and Payment
- All prices listed on mywahaha.com are non-negotiable. For bulk purchase, product customisation and installation service, you are required to request for a special quotation from us. You may contact Vicky (+6016 698 2811) to get your quotation.
- Orders shall only be considered as confirmed upon making full payment and will be processed once the payment is verified.
- Payment can be made by (online) bank transfer. Successful payment receipt is required to send to us as a proof of payment made.

Delivery & Collection
- Delivery service and pickup options are available for your selection upon checkout.
- We only provide delivery service to selected areas in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya and Nilai (Negeri Sembilan). You may click here to check the delivery fee and further details. It is essential that during delivery, someone is in to receive the product.
- We shall not reliable for unsuccessful delivery issues due to incomplete, inaccurate or missing information provided by you. You are responsible to make sure address and contact number are correct.
- If you or the recipient remains uncontactable, no-shows or fail to receive the order within ten (10) minutes from the time the order arrives at your shipping address, we reserve the rights to cancel the order without a refund or remedy.
- Delivery fee does not apply if you opt for pickup option at our pick-up address: Lot 1222, Jalan KPAT 6, Kawasan Perindustrian Kampung Baru Ampang, 68000 Ampang, Selangor, Malaysia. (Get Directions) Our pickup hours is between 9am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday. If the product is not collected at the end of the said business day and hours, we reserve the rights to cancel the order without refund or remedy.
- Any re-delivery request due to unsuccessful delivery for the above reasons, including incomplete, inaccurate or missing information provided and/or when the recipient remains uncontactable, no-shows or fail to receive/collect the order, customers are responsible for paying the delivery cost.
Returns, Replacement & Refunds
- Product delivered must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if there is no errors/discrepancies/damages are being disputed and reported to us on the same day the customer received it.
- If there is unsatisfactory conditions and issues found with your order, please contact our emergency customer support immediately at +6016 698 2811. We may request for photographic proof or additional information for further investigation in some cases to justify.
- Customers are given a grace period of 1 working day to return the product that you are unhappy with. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. The product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will notify you and begin inspecting the product as per your concerns. We will immediately notify you of the status of your compensation after the inspection. Compensation may be in the form of item replacement, partial refund or full refund.
- If item replacement is approved, we will arrange the new replacement to be delivered within 7 working days, depending on the availability.
- If refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You shall receive the credit within 14 days. Please take note that the funds can take up some time to be reflected in your account.

- We treat personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address or telephone number as confidential. We promise your personal information will not be disclosed or sold to any third parties.
